NASA is excited to announce that BFGoodrich has signed on as its latest national partner, with contingency programs for Time Trial, open-tire racing classes, and awards for HPDE drivers and instructors!
The great thing about the BFGoodrich program is that participants are not required to register or show proof of purchase. The program is open to all NASA drivers, and is based on days of participation. After a given number of days of participation, drivers receive a discount code good toward BFGoodrich Tires from Tire Rack.
The $150 award repeats for every 2 event-days beyond 12. Awards are stackable. Each milestone is a new award in addition to previous milestones. Example: 6 total event-days earns $100 + $110 + $120 = $330 in total BFGoodrich vouchers.
This powerful new program can add up to big savings on a set of BFGoodrich g-Force tires.
For instructors, the program rewards you a $50 voucher at five, 10, 15 and 20 days of instruction. Vouchers can be combined in this program.
“Having a fantastic new tire partner in BFGoodrich is such a great value, because it gives our members additional tire choices in our Time Trial, racing and HPDE programs,” said NASA CEO Jeremy Croiset. “The participation-based contingency program is unique in and of itself, but the instructor benefit is the only program of its kind in amateur motorsports.”
BFGoodrich vouchers are good toward the purchase of any g-Force family ultra-high performance product (g-Force: Rival S, Rival +, Phenom T/A, and Comp-2 A/S Plus) from TireRack.com. Vouchers are not applicable to other BFGoodrich tire lines.
“BFGoodrich is making a strong push to get back in the ultra-high performance driving market and rekindle our long history in grassroots racing, and NASA was an obvious partner for us,” said T.J. Dennis, Brand Manager for BFGoodrich UHP (Ultra-High Performance) tires. “We recognize and appreciate the sense of community and competition within the NASA organization, which aligns perfectly with the BFGoodrich g-Force product lines and brand philosophy.”
“With these contingency programs, we wanted to showcase the BFGoodrich g-Force lineup for use in NASA Time Trial, wheel-to-wheel racing, as well as HPDE.” Dennis added, “We also felt it important to recognize and assist NASA instructors who play a huge role in assisting people new to the sport, helping drivers get the most from their cars and living out the dream of getting out on track!”
