The 2025 NASA Championships are fast approaching! You might have noticed registration opened a bit later this year — May instead of March — which was a deliberate choice to give you more time to plan and prepare without feeling rushed. Now, with the event drawing closer, so is the first of two entry fee increases!
This year, based on valuable member feedback, we’ve simplified our pricing structure for a better experience. We now feature Early Bird pricing, available till June 30. Followed by Standard pricing through August 15th, and then a final late registration fee increase the final weeks before the event. This streamlined approach delivers greater clarity by reducing the number of price changes, allowing for easier budgeting and a clearer timeline for registration.
Alongside this, we have updated our cancellation policy in an effort to decrease cancellations and to further improve the integrity of our premier event. We also expanded our qualification requirements to include fall 2024 events to make it easier than ever to join us at the Championships. NASA always strives to improve the experience for our members at our most prestigious event of the year.
Register for racing and Time Trial before June 30th to lock in Early Bird pricing! Secure your racing entry for just $1,199 and your Time Trial entry for $799. On July 1st, prices increase to the Standard Price of $1,599 for racing and $999 for Time Trial, and will remain at these rates until August 15th.
