This one happens fast and the video is over quickly, so pay attention.
Racetracks with blind turns and rises are a lot of fun, like Ozarks International Raceway, and when you nail that turn just right, it’s like having X-ray vision.
It’s less entertaining when there’s a slow or stalled car waiting for you at corner exit, which is what happened to NASA Texas racer David Lecko in this iteration of the NASA Racing Gear Store Move of the Month.
As the Super Touring 3 driver Lecko exited turns 4 and 5 and pointed his car toward the corner worker station at Turn 6, he crested the hill to find an off-pace car right where he was headed. Lecko added a dab of brake to load the front end and steered around the car and continued on his way — almost as though he had X-ray vision.

Doesn’t look like he braked at all, just a partial lift. Seems like a pretty forgiving setup, as the rear didn’t step out with the abrupt lift coming over the crest.
Yes! The Ginetta is a great car!
Good he was able to do that. I always drift clear to the right side there as I exit that turn.
