The 2019 NASA Championships Presented by Toyo Tires Sept. 18-22, 2019 at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course was instrumental in producing an experience like no other, memories and images that will last a lifetime and champagne that tastes sweeter than anything in all of France.
The NASA Championships also generates lots of interesting numbers. For example, a total of 338 drivers chased top honors at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in 24 racing and seven Time Trial classes. Those are just some of the numbers produced at this year’s Championships event, and now that all those champagne corks have been popped and everyone is back home safely, we’ve compiled some of the numbers for your — and our own —amusement.
It’s always interesting to see what car brands won in which classes. Obviously, spec classes are a gimme for some OEMs, but it’s fun to see how the event breaks down by brand.
