Knowing the temperatures of the operating systems on a racecar can be helpful in determining if things are working as they should. Wilwood’s Temperature Strips provide an easy, accurate, and affordable method of recording observed on-track temperatures of brake calipers or other components on a racecar. The adhesive-backed strips can be attached to any clean smooth surface to record peak temperatures that occur during any session.
The temperatures are marked for Fahrenheit and Celsius with ranges from 250° to 536° F and from 121° to 280° C. The indicator color changes to black when a temperature level is observed. Each package includes 10 non-reversible strips. $40.
