The next round of the Western Endurance Regional Championship has been rescheduled to October 26 at Buttonwillow Raceway. The race will be 3 hours in length, and it will be the final race of the season, replacing the originally planned September and November rounds.
NASA hopes to attract a record number of teams with this schedule change, along with special pricing to entice new teams to experience NASA’s endurance events, focusing on fun and teamwork. Notably, NASA is offering appearance money to its loyal supporters. In an innovative move, NASA will pay you to race! If you have scored points this season as a driver on a team, NASA will pay you $100 to participate in this race, awarded as a prize in impound.
All teams also will enjoy a reduced fee structure of $99 per car and only $99 per driver. Even better, NASA is offering free entries to 20 new drivers who join this race.
