The November NASA Racing Gear Store Move of the Month contest will be the last one of 2024 and the prize goes to Taylor Johnson, who picked up 42.6 percent of the vote in last week’s contest.

NASA Northeast Spec3 racer Taylor Johnson went door to door with Spec3 National Champion Jon McAvoy for a full lap and a half around Summit Point in September. This footage comes from inside Taylor Johnson’s car as the two battled side by side on the way to the checkered flag.

The top three cars in this video crossed the line .7 seconds apart. That’s the kind of racing we all hope for when we buckle in.

Johnson’s 42.6 percent majority was one of the highest in Move of the Month contest history. NASA NorCal’s Matt Pruden came in second with 25.7 percent of the vote. Spec3 racer Andreas Schmidt picked up 15.8 percent of the vote, with NASA Southeast racer Nicholas Dugdale in fourth with 14.9 percent of the vote. Congratulations, Taylor Johnson!
