Now that the 2024 racing season is winding down, it is time to look ahead to 2025. For Spec E30 competitors, the 2025 through 2028 racing seasons will be run on Maxxis Tires with a new, enhanced contingency program for regional racing and Championships competition.

New for 2024 is a payout program for regional races that extends to fourth place when there are nine or more starters. With nine or more cars on grid, the race winner and second-place finisher get two free tires. Third and fourth win one tire apiece. If there are four to eight cars on grid, first- through fourth-place finishers win one tire apiece.

As you can see, it pays to have as many cars on grid as possible for regional competition.

For NASA Championships competition, the payouts are six free tires for first place when nine or more cars start the race, four tires for second place and two tires for third. If there are four to eight starters, the payout for first place is four free tires, three tires for second and two tires for third-place finishers.
