Registration for the 2023 NASA Championships opened last week, and nearly 200 entrants already have made the commitment to attend. That’s a great start! If you have been dreaming of competing in a NASA Championships, the 2023 event is shaping up to be on par with the best from years past.
It begins with the facility itself. Pittsburgh International Race Complex is an Alan Wilson-designed track that has undergone significant improvements and expansion since owner Jim Stout purchased the facility in 2011. With billiard-table-smooth asphalt, lots of elevation change, challenging corners and blind rises, Pitt Race is a fantastic road course. The track flows as well or better than any other course in the country. It’s that good.
A good portion of the entrants so far have taken advantage of the Easy Pay Program, which allows you to pay a Championships Reservation Fee at the lowest entry fees available, then pay the balance on July 31. It’s like layaway on one of the greatest competition experiences available to grassroots racers in the United States.
There’s still plenty of availability of large paddock parking spaces without power. Spaces with power are already on a wait list.
Entry fees will remain at $999 through April 30 and then begin to increase from then as the event nears. Don’t delay! Register early to get the best pricing and paddock spaces! We’ll see you in Pittsburgh!
Love seeing those Spec3s
