It is always nice to have a little bit quicker car in front of you, whether it is HPDE, racing or Time Trial. In this week’s installment of the Move of the Month, NASA Northeast driver Umur Selek is driving his breathed-on 2013 Subaru BRZ and chasing his buddy in a 350Z in front of him in HPDE. With a car to chase and a Garmin Catalyst to keep him informed, Selek lay down a 1:15.83 at New Jersey Motorsports Park’s Lightning course in November. That kind of lap time puts him in good standing among the podium finishers in TT4 and TT5 that weekend. Might be time for him to get his TT license?
