The NASA Great Lakes Thunder race group is large and diverse, with differing torque curves everywhere you look. In GTS4, Brant Giere starts from the back of the field and proceeds to gain 22 positions in the 16-lap race to finish second overall. Giere shows restraint and picks his passes carefully and we even get a decent look at his footwork in the opening minutes of the video. We also can hear how close the ratios are in the 996 GT3 Cup car’s gearbox. Pretty cool.
