Thunder Roadster GTR isn’t a big class in all NASA regions, but where it is popular, man, is the racing fantastic, and this video showcasing the battle between James Wheeler and Jason Oehler at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course is a perfect example. These two dicing with each other through heavy traffic is a clinic in getting it done.
If those names sound familiar, they should. Oehler finished third at the NASA Championships at Circuit of The Americas in 2018 and second at Mid-Ohio in 2019. Wheeler won the Championship at Mid-Ohio that same years, so these guys know — and trust — each other. Kind of makes you want to go out and buy a Thunder Roadster.
