It can be difficult to go to another region and do well in a race. Because the COVID-19 pandemic canceled so many races in the Northern California, lots of NASA NorCal racers headed to Southern California to race at Buttonwillow in June, one of whom was Teen Mazda Challenge driver Wyatt Couch. Racing at an unfamiliar track, Couch finished sixth on Saturday, which determined his starting position for the qualifying race on Sunday. He put his head down and moved up four spots to finish second. He also finished second in the Sunday main. Well done.
