We’ve all had this kind of start. We get off the flag well enough, but then have to add a touch more braking in Turn 1 than we would have liked and the starting position you worked so hard to get slips away. NASA Northeast GTS3 racer Vasil Vykhopen lost a couple of spots from his third-place starting position at New Jersey Motorsports Park in June 2019, then battled back through traffic all race long to finish where he started in third. Hope he had fun doing it. Well done.
