Staying in the race means staying out of trouble, and Turn 1 on lap one is one of those places and times where you have to be most alert. For this week’s Yokohama Move of the Month, at the opening Spec E30 race of the 2024 season at Carolina Motorsports Park, Jim Pantas sees trouble ahead a few times in the form of spinning cars, disabled cars, scattered and wayward tires, and more close calls. Things settled in after that, and Pantas went on to enjoy a good race with the fine folks of NASA Southeast Spec E30.
