Keep in mind that the EV9 is one of few EVs that can use the super-fast public chargers. Those chargers have the capability to charge at 350 kw, however the EV9’s maximum is 210 kw. So if you pay for the super-fast 350 kw charger, you can only use up to 210 kw, but that is still good enough to charge the EV9 in only 24 minutes. The official EPA-estimated range is around 270 miles and you can pretty much rely on those numbers. We took the EV9 on a long road trip and the long range and the super-fast charging capability really provided lots of comfort, and we were never worried about being stuck somewhere.
